Café & Bakery
We believe that great food starts with the finest ingredients, carefully selecting the best from local farms, creameries, and nearby butchers. Our bakery specializes in artisan bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and seasonal delights, and we focus on skill and quality with minimal mechanization. We emphasize fresh, responsibly sourced products, including small-batch specialty ingredients unique to Vermont. Our fresh pasta, sandwiches, and salads at the café showcase the region’s best, from Vermont basil to local berry jam.
Retail Store
Our inviting store is the destination to find ingredients and baking tools, sample recipes and mixes from our demo kitchen, curl up with a cookbook, or to just wander and get inspired. We have everything a baker could want or need. Whether you’re new to baking or a seasoned expert, our passionate and knowledgeable team of bakers can help you find what you’re looking for or provide answers and tips for any question you have.
